TRYPOLIS 3 – one-storey house with attic in frame technology.

Details here: Mechanical ventilation for graits house The project consists of architectural, structural, internal sanitary and electrical installation parts.
The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery.
The project is accompanied by a free approval of changes, a statement of the designers on the execution of the project in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, as well as photocopies of the designers’ authorizations with current registration in the chamber. Frame technology:
every 40cm upholstered externally with OSB 3, and internally with 1.25cm gypsum-fiber board, the space between the posts filled with 15cm mineral wool.
– Internal load-bearing walls: posts 6.3×15 spaced max. Every 40cm clad externally and internally with 1.25cm gypsum-fiber board, the space between the posts filled with 15cm mineral wool.
– Internal partition walls: posts 6.3×9 spaced max.
every 40cm clad externally and internally with 1.25cm gypsum-fiber board, space between posts filled with 9cm mineral wool.
– Insulated with 14cm polystyrene foam.

To make sure that the project fits the development conditions of your plot or the guidelines of the local plan, order detailed drawings (under the projection) and present them to the local adaptive designer (you can use the help of our representatives).
