Project description and technology
OLIMPIA – detached house with attic for adaptation in light timber frame technology. 
Timber frame technology:
every 40cm upholstered externally with OSB 3, and internally with 1.25cm gypsum-fiber board, the space between the posts filled with 15cm mineral wool.
– Internal load-bearing walls: posts 6.3×15 spaced max.
every 40cm clad externally and internally with 1.25cm gypsum-fiber board, space between posts filled with 15cm mineral wool.
– Internal partition walls: posts 6,3×9 spaced max.
every 40cm clad externally and internally with 1.25cm gypsum-fiber board, space between posts filled with 9cm mineral wool.
– Insulated with 14cm polystyrene foam.
– heating system: gas boiler in the boiler room
In the projects we recommend: Porotherm, Koramic, Terca products from Wienerberger; Hörmann gates, drives and doors ; VELUX skylight windows; TermoOrganika insulation systems ; Viessmann heating systems. Each of the 6 copies (3 architectural-construction projects and 3 technical projects) of the set of architectural-construction documentation with trades ordered from us is sealed. To make sure that the project fits the development conditions of your plot or the guidelines of the local plan, order detailed drawings (under the projection) and present them to the local adaptive designer (you can use the help of our representatives).
