Project description and technology

KL17 timber frame summer kitchen/building.
outbuilding The project was created as an outbuilding for implementation on family allotment gardens.
It can be used as an individual recreation house with the utility program of an outbuilding, or, for example, as a storehouse for gardening tools, wood, an object for storing and keeping items accompanying the daily operation of the house and the plot. PURPOSE AND USE PROGRAM: Outbuilding, single-story, detached, non-basement. BASEMENT: Utility room, auxiliary room, W.C.. ARCHITECTURAL FORM: Building with a compact body, one-story, covered with a gable roof.
The maximum height of the building is 4.71m.
The newly designed building should relate in its form to the buildings occurring in the vicinity of the planned investment. CONSTRUCTION: Main structural and material solutions: The designed building will be constructed using light timber frame technology.
The main load-bearing structure will be: footings, foundation walls and rim made as structurally reinforced concrete, timber columns, timber frame load-bearing walls fastened with a double cap, gable roof based on rafter-collar timber framing. FUNDAMENTALS: Make 40x30cm footings of C20/25 concrete (former B25) and place on 2 layers of dry felt.
Reinforce the foundations with bars according to Fig.
K/1 (Ø12 main reinforcement – steel A-III (34GS), Ø8 stirrups – steel A-I (PB240)).
Before starting construction work, the humus layer within the foundations should be removed.
A protective layer of 10cm of lean concrete should be made under the foundations.
After excavating to the foundation level, the construction manager should check that the type and condition of the soil corresponds to the assumptions made in the design.
Protect the elements in contact with the ground by making waterproofing.
The type and method of insulation should be selected after checking the water and soil conditions present at the site of the planned project.
After the foundation work is done, the excavation should be backfilled with coarse sand or gravel in 25-30cm thick layers and mechanically compacted to IL=0.60, e.g., using vibratory compactors.
For the calculation of the foundations, simple soil conditions with a normative calculation resistance of the subsoil equal to 150kPa were adopted.
The depth of the foundation was set at 1.00m below the ground adjacent to the building.
The depth of the foundation and the dimensions of the foundations should each time be adapted to the local conditions occurring at the site of the planned investment.
In areas affected by mining damage, a separate project should be drawn up. In the projects we recommend: Porotherm, Koramic, Terca products from Wienerberger; Hörmann gates, drives and doors ; VELUX skylight windows; TermoOrganika insulation systems ; Viessmann heating systems. For details on individual partitions, see the Technology entry Each of the 6 copies (3 architectural-construction projects and 3 technical projects) of the set of architectural-construction documentation with trades ordered from us is sealed. You can find more information about seals here – Why do we seal the documentation? To make sure that the project fits the development conditions of your plot or the guidelines of the local plan, order detailed drawings (under the projection) and present them to the local adaptive designer (you can use the help of our representatives).
