Project description and technology

Single garage in frame technology, detached, one-story.
Garage door with dimensions of 5000×2400.
The garage has an additional utility room, toilet and gazebo.

The design of the garage consists of four copies and includes architectural, structural, internal electrical and sanitary installation parts.
The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery.
The project is accompanied by a free approval of the introduction of changes, a statement of the designers on the execution of the project in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, as well as photocopies of the authorizations of the designers with a current entry in the chamber.

Frame technology:
– usable area – 70.89m2 – built-up area – 77.84m2 – total area – 77.84m2

– External walls: 4×15 posts spaced max.
every 40cm upholstered outside with OSB 3 1.2cm , and inside with GKF 1.25cm , the space between the posts filled with mineral wool 15cm.

– building height of 5.44m.
– 30° mono-pitched roof – wooden roof trusses in a mixed rafter and lattice system.

– Roofing : ceramic tile.
