Project description and technology

Two-car garage with frame technology, detached, one-story.
Garage door with dimensions of 5000×2400.
The garage has an additional utility room and wood storage.

The design of the garage consists of four copies and includes architectural, structural and internal electrical installation parts.
The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery.
The project is accompanied by a free permission to make changes, a statement of the designers on the execution of the project in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, as well as photocopies of the designers’ authorizations with a current entry in the chamber.

Frame technology:
– usable area – 56.10m2 – built-up area – 63.00m2 – total area – 63.00m2

– External walls: 4×15 posts spaced max.
every 40cm upholstered outside with OSB 3 1.2cm , and inside with GKF 1.25cm , the space between the posts filled with mineral wool 15cm.

– height of the building 5,01m.
– mono-pitched roof 25° – wooden rafter framing in a collar beam system.

– Roofing : ceramic tile.
