Project description and technology

G330C – two-car garage in timber frame technology

Two garage doors with dimensions of 2,3×2,4m.
The design of the garage consists of four copies and includes architectural, structural and internal electrical installation parts.
The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery.
The project is accompanied by a free permission to make changes, a statement of the designers on the execution of the project in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, and photocopies of the designers’ authorizations with current registration in the chamber.

The designed building will be constructed using light timber frame technology.
The main load-bearing structure will be: footings, foundation walls and rim made as structurally reinforced concrete, wooden columns, timber frame load-bearing walls tied with a double cap, a gable roof based on a rafter-collar truss with a perch and rafter-collar timber structure.
