Project description and technology

Two-car garage with utility room in frame technology.
The garage door measures 5.0×2.2m.
The design of the garage consists of four copies and includes architectural, structural and internal electrical installation parts.
The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery.
The project is accompanied by a free permission to make changes, a statement of the designers on the execution of the project in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, and photocopies of the designers’ authorizations with current registration in the chamber.

The designed building will be constructed in light timber frame technology.
The main load-bearing structure will be: footings, reinforced concrete rim, timber-frame load-bearing walls fastened with a double cap, gable roof based on a rafter-collar truss with a perch.
