Main structural and material solutions:The designed building will be constructed in light timber frame technology.
The main load-bearing structure will be: concrete footings reinforced with structural reinforcement, load-bearing walls in timber frame, fastened with a double top plate, hipped roof, based on a rafter-and-timber framing with timber of at least class C-30 .
In the projects we recommend: Porotherm, Koramic, Terca products from Wienerberger; Hörmann gates, drives and doors ; VELUX skylight windows; TermoOrganika insulation systems; Viessmann heating systems. Each of the 6 copies (3 architectural-construction projects and 3 technical projects) of the set of architectural-construction documentation with trades ordered from us is sealed.
