The former has been subtly attached to the left elevation, thus giving it an unusual shape; its slanted roof, which can also be found in the Atlanta project, is particularly noteworthy.
A classic-looking terrace interacting with semicircular steps, which are becoming more and more trendy in Poland every year, adorns the rear elevation.
Developing the largest of the rooms so that the living room, dining room and kitchen form a single unit and give the impression of functioning independently is no small task.
In this project such an effect has been achieved 100%, all thanks to an island with a built-in fireplace, whose task is to accentuate the already mentioned separation of rooms.
In addition, a toilet, a boiler room (which consists of two rooms) and a garage connected by a passageway to the residential part of the building have been located on the first floor.
Full comfort will be guaranteed by the bedrooms located on the first floor, and when you need a bit of relaxation after a hard day, take a hot bath in the exclusive bathroom also located on the same level.

The project consists of architectural, structural, internal plumbing, central heating and electrical parts. The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery. The project is accompanied by a free approval of the introduction of changes, a statement of the designers on the execution of the project in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations, as well as photocopies of the authorizations of the designers with a current entry in the chamber. If you order the project in the light timber frame technology, the usable area of the building is about 7% larger.
Traditional technology, external masonry walls 30 cm thick + 10 cm Styrofoam, internal (load-bearing) walls 25 cm thick and partition walls 12 cm thick. All walls made of “POROTHERM” ceramic blocks. Goose ribbed ceiling “POROTHERM “23 cm thick. Wooden rafter framing structure, ceramic tile roofing.
