Project description and technology

SANTORINI timber frame – project of a residential, one-story house with a usable attic and a garage The attention is attracted by a clear division into a living zone (first floor) and a night zone (attic).
Among the interesting solutions is the connector between the kitchen and the boiler room, which can also serve as a pantry.
The extended eaves of the roof over the terrace and entrance is a practical and economical solution.
In addition, a room on the first floor will prove useful as a study, a room for guests or an elderly person.
A neat house, optimal in functions and area, for a family of 2+2, or 2+3. Note!
Framed building after development may present slightly different dimensions of the area, while maintaining the external dimensions.

For summer houses and residential buildings, we use Porotherm Dryfix 30 cm x 24.8 cm x 24.9 cm hollow blocks. Structural posts made of C24 or KVH wood with a maximum moisture content of 18% are adopted according to calculations.
Most often 5x15cm, 6.3x15cm at a spacing of 40 or 60 cm.

The posts in the partition walls usually measure 5×9 cm.
