The project consists of architectural, structural, internal sanitary installations and electrical installations.
The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery.
The project is accompanied by a free approval for changes, a statement of the designers on the execution of the project in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations, as well as photocopies of the designers’ authorizations with current registration in the chamber. If you order a project with lightweight timber frame technology, the usable area of the building is about 7% larger.
every 40cm clad externally with OSB 3 , and internally with 1.25cm gypsum-fiber board, the space between the posts filled with 15cm mineral wool.
