MONZA 2 RES timber frame – a project of a residential, single-storey house with a usable attic, based on renewable energy sources (hence the abbreviation RES) Are you looking for a house that will give you energy independence?
Get to know MONZE 2 OZE. 2E- ecological and economical, plus a modern, unique design .
This house will give you energy independence and the lowest building costs.
We do not promise pears on willows, the cost of a modern house giving independence from geopolitical changes and energy crises is higher, but it provides the lowest cost of home maintenance once you live in it.
You can already enjoy the advantages, available exclusively with us, of a home.
You will get the comfort of use and the lowest bills thanks to the installations used in it and optimized system insulation (with wool and polystyrene foam): air-to-water heat pump, which is responsible for central heating and domestic hot water, photovoltaics on the roof, which will produce electricity for your home.
You won’t lose energy either, thanks to mechanical ventilation with a recuperator, allowing you to minimize heat loss in your home.
Do not delay, ask about the availability of the project and become its first owner.
We can make the project in two technologies: brick with ceramic blocks or wood frame. Learn more about our technologies. THE DIAGRAM BELOW IS UNIVERSAL AND SIMPLIFIED, TO BE SURE OF THE SOLUTIONS IN INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS, PLEASE ORDER ACTUAL DETAILED DRAWINGS OF THE PROJECT
| Technology |

| Foundation | We assume simple soil conditions and use traditional footings, dug at 1m depth. | We assume simple soil conditions and use traditional footings, dug 1m deep. |
| External and load-bearing walls | Garages, outbuildings, stables without living quarters: width 25 cm x length 37.3 x height 24.9 cm Porotherm Dryfix 25 ceramic blocks. In summer houses and residential buildings we use Porotherm Dryfix 30 cm x 24.8 cm x 24.9 cm hollow blocks. | Structural posts made of C24 or KVH wood with a maximum moisture content of 18% are adopted according to calculations. Most often 5x15cm, 6.3x15cm at a spacing of 40 or 60 cm. |
| Interior walls | Porotherm 11.5 Dryfix. Width 11.5 cm x height 24.9 cm x height 24.9 cm |
The posts in the partition walls usually measure 5×9 cm. |
| Ceiling | Porotherm thick ribbed: mostly floor joists 1.75 to 8.25m, every 25cm, and Porotherm 19/50cm ceiling blocks. The exception is the LIDO family of projects (the brick version has a wooden ceiling). |
Wooden ceiling, designed according to the calculations. With the diagram of the course of layers in the cross-section can be seen in the graphics below: |

In the projects we recommend: Porotherm, Koramic, Terca products of the company
Wienerberger; gates, drives and doors by
Hörmann; roof windows
VELUX; thermal insulation systems
TermoOrganika; heating systems Viessmann. For details on the various partitions, see the entry
Technologies Each of the
6 copies (3 architectural-construction projects and 3 technical projects) of the set of architectural-construction documentation with trades ordered from us
is sealed. You can find more information about seals here – Why do we seal the documentation? To make sure that the project fits the development conditions of your plot or the guidelines of the local plan, order detailed drawings (under the projection) and present them to the local adaptive designer (you can use the help of our representatives).
