External and internal load-bearing partitions
- Exterior walls – in the load-bearing part of the first floor and attic – 16 cm thick walls in a frame structure + insulation and finishing layers .
- Foundation walls – located partially in the ground, are designed as poured walls reinforced with mesh with 010 bars every 15cm vertically, horizontally 06 every 20cm, the reinforcement to be located on both sides.
.
If the walls are made of concrete blocks, reinforced concrete cores should be made in the wall at intervals of max.
every 3m.
Reinforce the cores longitudinally with 4012 bars, with 06 stirrups every 18cm. - Internal load-bearing columns – play a supporting role for the ceiling and roof structure.
The project uses – on the first floor and attic load-bearing columns 16/16 cm thick .
Thermal insulations
- Floor above living areas – mineral wool insulation with a thickness of 5 cm.
- Floor on the ground – polyurethane foam insulation 10 cm thick.
- External walls on the first floor and attic – designed walls made of 16 cm thick frame construction insulated with 16+5 cm thick mineral wool.
Foundation walls poured or masonry walls made of concrete blocks up to the level of horizontal wall insulation, additionally insulated from the outside with polystyrene foam gr.8 cm. - Roof – between the rafters lay a layer of 20cm thick mineral wool with increased density.
Moisture insulation
- Moisture insulation should be adapted in each case to the existing soil moisture conditions and ground water level.
Horizontal moisture insulation
- Insulation in the first floor – weldable felt.
Note: in the contact with thermal insulation, use only binders that do not cause dissolution of polyurethane foam, without mineral fillers. - Insulation in the floor of the attic – thick building film spread over the entire surface, turned up on the walls.
- Roof – lay a vapor-proof film under the wool, lay a vapor-permeable film on top.
Between the covering layer and the vapor-permeable film above the mineral wool, leave an air gap to allow ventilation.
Vertical moisture insulations
- Vertical insulation of foundation walls – to be combined with horizontal insulation in the building plinth made of coated bituminous compounds – hot-applied asphalt binder.
Protect the walls that are seated in the ground with a double layer of weldable membrane and Foundulina type mats.
Around the building, perform a band drainage.
