Detached building.
It is a one-storey building without a basement, having an attic that is not used, with a gable roof and slopes sloping at an angle of 25 0.
Wejście główne zaprojektowano na poziomie parteru.
Parter budynku zaplanowano jako strefę całodzienną.
Poprzez wiatrołap przewidziano wejście do holu, a następnie do salonu z kuchnią, pomieszczenia gospodarczego, trzech pokoi oraz łazienki.
W salonie przewidziano miejsce na kominek oraz wyjście na taras.
External walls – in the load-bearing part of the first floor – 18 cm thick walls in frame construction + insulation, external gable walls – in frame construction + insulation.
Foundation walls are designed as poured walls up to the level of horizontal wall insulation. Internal load-bearing walls – act as the load-bearing structure of the ceiling and roof.
On the first floor, the wall in a frame structure of 18 cm thick.
In the attic, the load-bearing role is played by columns
Thermal Insulation:
First floor of the first floor – polyurethane foam insulation gr. 10 cm.
Attic floor – mineral wool insulation gr. 20 cm.
Roof – between the rafters lay a layer of mineral wool gr. 15+5 cm with increased density (optional).
External walls On the first floor and attic – designed walls made of 18 cm thick frame construction insulated with mineral wool gr.15 cm.
The foundation walls are poured or masonry walls made of concrete blocks up to the level of horizontal wall insulation, additionally insulated from the inside with polystyrene foam gr.8 cm.
