It is possible to prepare this project in the version “for notification” In this case, the attic will be described as a non-functional attic.
The project can also be described as a one-story individual recreation building with a mezzanine.
In building L-302, domestic hot water is produced in electric water heaters – according to the sanitary system design.
The total power consumed by these heaters is: 2 x 5.5kW = 11kW.
The electric stove draws 8kW of power.
Central heating is made of electric heaters, which together draw 5kW of power.
In total, the central heating, hot water and electric stove total 24kW of installed power.
Adding the other installations to this comes out 29kW of installed power and after conversion the maximum power is 20kW.
If the heating of water and co was from a gas stove and not from electric appliances, then the power for the building would be 14kW.

Interior walls of first floor – 12 cm thick frame walls filled with mineral wool

Wooden rafter and purlin structure with a purlin in the ridge 16×16 cm thick, made of pine or spruce wood of C24 class.
The roof is entirely covered with battens and counterbattens.
Rafters with a cross section of 10x18cm, counter-battens 2,5 x 5 cm.
All wooden elements should be protected against biological corrosion by min.
2 times lubrication with a salt preparation e.g.
“Intox S” according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and orders, or other agents approved for use in residential construction protecting wooden elements against fungi, insects and fire.
