The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery.
The project is accompanied by a free approval for changes, a statement of the designers on the execution of the project in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations, as well as photocopies of the authorizations of the designers with a current entry in the chamber. If you order a project with lightweight timber frame technology, the usable area of the building is about 7% larger.
