KL11 summer kitchen with toilet and auxiliary room.

When applying for a building permit , the project is called an outbuilding. In the descriptive part of the project there is a utility room with kitchenette functions.

The project consists of architectural, structural, internal electrical and sanitary installation.
The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery.
The project is accompanied by a free approval for changes, a statement of the designers on the execution of the project in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations, as well as photocopies of the designers’ authorizations with current registration in the chamber. If you order a project with lightweight timber frame technology, the usable area of the building is about 7% larger.
