Bogota project is an extremely warm proposal, charming from the outside with wooden finishes on the border between the roof and the outer walls of the building. This summerhouse (also available in a year-round version) is a good solution for those who are primarily focused on spending time outdoors, as it provides space for a spacious veranda, which can be used to access the garden. It is an interesting decoration of the entire building, as wooden supports, acting as pillars, have been routed between the balustrade around it and the roof. From the veranda you can directly enter the utility room, which will prove to be a very convenient solution when doing garden work – because we will have the tools and equipment stored there always at hand. The entrance to the house has been placed between two low walls, which adds a lot of charm to the front elevation of the house. Inside, through the vestibule and communication, we can enter one of the three rooms (no longer counting the veranda and the utility room). Once we enter, on the right we have a room where we can arrange a bedroom, as this space is separate from the rest of the house. On the left, on the other hand, space is provided for a bathroom. The most space, however, is taken up by the living room with a kitchenette, which we can divide into two main parts – the first, typically for leisure, and the second, dedicated to preparing and eating meals. It is in the second part that we can set aside space for a family table adjacent to the exit to the veranda. Will this project satisfy your needs? The project consists of architectural, structural, internal plumbing, central heating and electrical parts. The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery. To the project we attach a free approval for the introduction of changes, a statement of the designers about the implementation of the project in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations, as well as photocopies of the authorization of the designers with a current entry in the chamber.
