1. model selection
The first step is to check the requirements in the local zoning plan.
Not everywhere in Poland can erect single-story houses with a flat roof. If a specific roof angle is required, choose one of our models with pitched roofs.
When deciding on a house from our offer, it is necessary to calculate the total cost of services:
– House model (e.g. GX35)
– Transportation (depends on distance)
– Foundations
– Extras (e.g. heating)
At this stage, the client already knows the final price, with no hidden costs.
4. delivery and installation
After final acceptance at the manufacturing plant and final payment, the house is transported to the customer by HDS trucks.
The house arrives divided into 6m x 3m modules. On site, they are set on the foundations and the assembly stage begins. For a plaster façade, it normally takes 2-3 days. For wooden facade it is 1 day. If the customer plans to rearrange the house in the future, the modules are bolted together. Otherwise, we spot weld the steel frames. From the time the work is completed, the customer has warranty protection of 5 years to repair defects.

2. design modification
After signing the contract, the client arranges a meeting with our architect.
The offer for each model of the house provides for changes in the division of rooms. Changing the position of glazing is also possible. In addition, the cost of the wall with insulation and glazing is comparable so you can add or subtract a window. During consultations with the architect, the arrangement of installation leads is also determined.

3. house construction
The house is built in a production facility. During production, the customer has the opportunity to see his house at every stage of assembly.
Construction of a 70m2 house usually takes 14 days. After this time, the house is set up on the square in front of the production hall. Then the customer is invited to a technical reception. At this stage, the house is completely finished in the case of wooden elevation. In the case of plastered elevation, the house is with a layer of mesh applied with glue and our team plasters the building only after installation at the customer’s site.
