When you buy a house from us, we offer an architectural design and the implementation of an adaptation project on the plot.
In the base price, the customer has the opportunity to change the layout of the kitchen and bathroom leads.
Any other change in the design is considered a ‘Personalization of the design’ service.
In order for our architects to start work, the client must provide 3 documents:
- Map for design purposes
- Extract from the local development plan or development conditions
- Geotechnical opinion for 2 boreholes on the plot of land
At the base price, the house is in a closed shell condition with no installations distributed.
It is insulated according to the requirements of WT2021 for year-round houses.
Triple-glazed windows from Eko Okna are installed, exterior metal doors.
For the gable roof, the client can choose a seam sheet or tile.
Building with full guttering and flashings.
The Turnkey Package additionally includes filling, painting of walls, installation of sockets, laying of panels, tiles, installation of interior doors, installation of white fixtures.
The client is responsible for providing all materials for finishing the house, i.e.: paneling, tiling, interior doors, paint, putty, sockets.
Transport prices are valid only on the territory of Poland.
Other transport is priced individually.
