Project description and technology
BERGAMO C – project of a residential, year-round house in light timber frame technology PRIVATE: Vestibule, living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, garage, terrace. The building is compact, one-story, covered with a gable roof.
The maximum height of the building is 6,06m.
The form of the newly designed building should relate to the buildings in the neighborhood of the planned investment. CONSTRUCTION: Main structural and material solutions: The designed building will be constructed using light timber frame technology.
The main load-bearing structure will be: footings, foundation walls and rim made as structurally reinforced concrete, timber columns, timber frame load-bearing walls fastened with a double cap, gable roof based on a rafter-collar and rafter-may frame timber structure with a perch.
