MOCA C timber frame – project of a residential, year-round house Modern and design house project in the metric of an apartment on blocks.
An alternative for those looking for an undersized year-round house.
Wooden construction and The project consists of architectural, structural, internal sanitary installations and electrical installations.
The project includes a basic list of steel, wood and window and door joinery.
The project is accompanied by a free approval for changes, a statement of the designers on the execution of the project in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, as well as photocopies of the designers’ authorizations with a current entry in the chamber.
Height of knee wall 1.10m Residential building, detached, one-story, with a usable attic, without a basement. GROUND FLOOR: communication, bathroom, kitchen with dining annex, living room. FLOOR: communication, 2x bedroom, toilet. ARCHITECTURAL FORM: A compact building, one-story, with a usable attic, without a basement.
The building is covered with a gable roof.
The maximum height of the building is 6.46m.
The form of the newly designed building should correspond to the buildings in the neighborhood of the planned investment. CONSTRUCTION: Main structural and material solutions: The designed building will be constructed using light timber frame technology.
The main load-bearing structure will consist of reinforced concrete footings and tops, as well as timber-frame load-bearing walls tied together with a double cap.
A gable roof based on a timber purlin and rafter truss has been designed over the building.
The wood used in the construction of the building’s structural elements should be of at least C-24 grade with a moisture content of no more than 18%. In the projects we recommend: Porotherm, Koramic, Terca products of the company
