TECHNOLOGY
For the construction of our houses we use materials of the highest quality, we use certified wood imported only from Scandinavia.
We use selected C24 grade solid spruce wood, known for its strength and durability.
We also use glulam KVH structural timber is a modern wood material dried to a moisture content of 15% +/- 3%, four-sided planed and glued longitudinally into micro grafts up to a length of 13 meters.
KVH wood elements are ideal for the construction of walls, ceilings, beams for drywall construction or joists for floorboards, among other things.
KVH is a name reserved for products manufactured by German and Austrian corporations, so when you buy KVH wood you get a guarantee of quality.
We cover the roof with tile or seam sheets.
Window and door joinery
We use PVC 3 pane windows , which provide adequate thermal insulation parameters.
On request, we can use any type of windows available on the market!
Electrical and plumbing installation
We do most of the installation at our manufacturing facility.
This reduces the scope of work and saves time.
